Busy like hell

It’s 10.54pm: I’d just finished something for work at 10.30pm, which I started at 7.30pm. I think I’m starting to feel the crunch like what other colleagues had felt now and then into their projects. But still, I’d say I’m luckier in the sense that I only experienced this after 6 months; most of them got the blow immediately when they started work.

Even though I’m only about 6 months plus old in the company, I was assigned to ‘buddy’ a new colleague who just joined us this week. Was trying my best to explain and make her feel comfortable in this new environment. She was from the financial sector for the past 3 years before deciding to call it quits. Interesting. One day I shall find a chance to ask her more.

Okaaaay, so CNY is coming! I bought a pair of Dorothy Perkins jeans and mini skirt much earlier this month; down the month (which hasn’t even ended yet) other than online clothes shopping sprees, there’s additional 5~6 pairs of shoes and a new Guess bag (proudly sponsored by Vince for my early bday gift) as well. Shoots! Where did my resolution of spending less money go to? *sheepish smile* Aiyah, girls will be girls ok. Vince doesn’t nag at me about my spending cos’ I do know my limitations. Hurhurhur.

Wonder if anyone watched ‘The Golden Path’ finale yesterday night? I’m sure you agree that the ending sucks big-time. Oh well, rented a Hong Kong drama serial DVD last year end but really don’t have the time to update (perhaps it’s because it ain’t that nice either, lol).

This entry is random like hell too. This morning I took a bus to pick up jeans which I sent for alteration. I had to change to MRT for 2 stops before changing to a bus again which brings me to my workplace. Despite all the hassle, I reached office even earlier than usual. I can’t imagine being uprooted from my place one day. *sniffs*

By the way JQ, thanks for your concern; my face is ok now and it’s as smooth as before! Haha!
